5 lbs boneless pork butt shoulder
1 ½ t paprika
2 t black pepper
1 t cayenne pepper
1 t dried thyme
1 t garlic powder
½ t salt
1 c water
Sandwich buns
Combine all the seasonings in small bowl. Rub evenly over roast. Place meat in a crock pot. Add water. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Shred, slice, or pull pork. Serve in buns with barbecue sauce.
